You take a trip to a place, whether with your partner, friends or even alone. The first thing you have to do is leave the routine away and try to absorb as much energy as you can. Don't be locked in a room or in a coffee shop, go out, walk, smell, taste, learn, see, feel, love! Be respectfully in this place, learn its history, its culture, its nature, from everywhere you can take a piece that will complement the puzzle of yourself and collect images that will create an album of experiences. As you walk through the countryside, don't underestimate that wildflower you're going to see, or that little bird you're going to hear. Don't close your ears to the sounds of nature or that little traditional village you're meeting. Taste the food that this place offers you and you will definitely discover something new. Go to an old monastery, a monument, an attraction or an archaeological site and coordinate with the energy of the place. On a trip counts the destination and the route, as you cannot forever wander around, nor reach any destination without even the minimum route!
